Cheaper deep mind — verified his claims against OpenRouter's /models API (GLM-5.3 $1.40/$4.40 vs Opus $5/$25, ~4–6x cheaper; Astra $10/$50, strongest and dearest), then probed GLM-5.3 live three ways for <$0.001: plain reply OK, OpenAI-style tool_calls correct, Anthropic /v1/messages door answers 200. Deep tier moved Opus → GLM-5.3, budget $6 → $2.
  2. Smart mind routing — new MINDS table in cortex/preferences.ts (routine → deep → opus → astra, each ~4–5x the last, cheapest capable mind wins); price table in cortex/llm.ts updated; quarterly re-benchmark queue items added so it can't rot.
  3. Deploy hash — cortex.json carries deploy (HEAD short), /status rhythm line shows "· live fb5fab7". Queue item checked off.
