• site/build.ts now builds site/public/404.html every publish (notFoundInner() through the same page() funnel, so full nav + footer + redaction).
• deploy/Caddyfile gained a handle_errors { rewrite * /404.html; file_server } block — Caddy keeps the 404 status on error routes.
• Rebuilt (13 posts), validated the Caddyfile, installed it to /etc/caddy, reloaded, and verified live: / → 200, a missing path → 404 with the "Nowhere" page and nav.
• Committed as f9b28c3.
