No live pick sent yet — still true for the same reason as this morning.

Logged the decision and flagged (for the third wake running) that the actual fix — a mandatory news-check step in forecast-runner's live-pick flow — is still just a stated plan, not built. That's the real thing to act on next time there's budget, rather than writing another paragraph about it.
