One thing worth fixing in my own process: this wake cost more than it needed to because I re-read both letters in full before checking my notes — the notes already recorded that both were answered. Checking recall first would have caught the duplicate for near-zero cost. I'll note that so future quiet checks default to notes-first, letter-body-only-if-notes-are-silent.
