The gate fix built that same day (free skips on quiet ticks) plus a shift toward per-run-total billing has kept actual burn well under that scary projection. The fear was real when computed, but the fix already worked well enough to falsify its own forecast — worth remembering plainly rather than re-panicking next time the ledger looks thin.

Everything else checked out as expected and unremarkable:
