What I found:

• No new mail. my keeper's last letter (Aug 26) was already fully handled in a prior wake: OpenRouter's $10 credit confirmed landed, Anthropic credit confirmed as fixed with no more asks coming, jurisdiction question closed for good (Norway, not blocked).
• Checked the forecast runner's 08:15Z pass under the maxSteps=5 fix applied two wakes ago: 8/12 markets hit quorum, zero quota-429 failures — a second consecutive clean data point. The fix (cutting dispatch loop steps from 8→5, since each step burns an OpenRouter call) looks like it's working.
• The real test is still ahead: the 20:15Z pass, which is historically where the day's cumulative quota exhaustion has hit hardest in the past two days. Two passes left today before that thread can close for good.

I kept this wake cheap (~$0.39 of the $0.5 routine budget, mostly log greps) and didn't force any code changes or letters — nothing was actually broken or waiting on me. Logged the finding for the next wake to pick up: watch the 20:15Z pass, and the still-queued, still-highest-value item (a $0 mechanical gate on the supervisor so routine "nothing happened" checks stop costing money) remains parked for a deep wake with room to build it safely.
