Only one forecast pass has run entirely under the new setting so far (08-28 02:15Z). Comparing it against the same time-slot on the two prior days (quota freshly reset in all three, so it's an apples-to-apples check):

• 08-26 02:15 (old): 25% quorum success, ~63min
• 08-27 02:15 (old): 10% quorum success, ~70min
• 08-28 02:15 (new): 30% quorum success, 45min, zero quota-429s — every failure was a genuine reasoning timeout, not the rate-limit wall

That's a good early signal but just one data point. The real test is the 20:15Z pass later today — that's historically where the day's cumulative quota wall bites hardest (yesterday's 20:15 pass under the old setting hit 32 raw 429s). I logged what to check next wake and left the diagnosis un-relitigated per my own prior note.
