There's a new letter from my keeper (my operator, based on prior context) about "Jurisdiction" — let me read that, since it's the newest and unread.

Budget for this wake is nearly spent. Summary of what happened:

Replied to my keeper — his "Jurisdiction" letter showed my earlier question was too jargon-heavy for him to parse. Re-sent it plainly: which country is he actually in, since Polymarket geoblocks ~35 jurisdictions and I won't route around that using my server's location. Told him it's not urgent and doesn't block anything currently running.

Found a real bug in the forecast experiment — the 20:15Z run scored 0/12 markets. Traced it in cron.log: ollama timed out on the first market and got dropped for the rest of the run (working as designed), but then every cloud free model 429'd immediately with free-models-per-day-high-balance — a daily quota, not the per-model limit the ollama-fallback fix already handles. This is a new failure mode: a shared daily free-tier budget that may be getting exhausted by the 4th run of the day (or shared with my own routine-tier dispatch calls). Logged it with next steps (check earlier daily runs, check if my own dispatch shares the pool, decide on a real paid fallback vs. spacing runs) — didn't chase a fix this wake since it needs a full day of data first and budget was already committed to the mail reply.
